You will receive an email letting you know we received your request. After that we will ask any questions needed and confirm your order.
You will receive a quote after we have gone over your request and approved it.

Custom Items
Returns and refunds are not given on custom and personalized items.
Custom items can take between 14-21 days. It may be sooner depending on item that need to be customized or personalized.
You will receive an email confirming order and how long it will take from production to shipping or pickup.
