How do I track my order?
If your order is being shipped out to you, you will receive an email when it's completed that will include your tracking number.. If you are picking up your order up will receive an email stating your order is ready for pick up and giving you info on how to set up a time for pick up.
What are your delivery options?
Your delivery options are shipping and scheduled delivery.
How do I return an item?
Our items are custom and are made when ordered so we do not accept returns.
Do you provide International delivery?
Due to COVID we do not ship internationally at this time.
What is your refund policy?
Our items are custom and made when ordered, so we do not offer refunds. We only give store credit when it is something that we did not do correct. Example: misspelled words or name, size, color or item is not correct etc...
When will my order be completed?
Your order will be completed in 7-14 days. An email will be sent to you when its ready to be shipped or picked up.
